Starting her career in California, she managed a 156-bed facility where she played a pivotal role in patient recovery and enhancing the quality of care across different continuums. 

As a compassionate professional, she focused on staff training, education, patient progress, and satisfaction, ensuring that every individual under her care received the highest level of attention and assistance.

Upon returning to her hometown in Michigan, she transitioned into the field of case management. With a profound passion for writing and a commitment to improving healthcare systems and outcomes, she dedicated the last 5 years to developing and implementing highly successful nurse education and training programs.

Her strategic leadership has not only led to the growth and enrichment of multiple case management companies in the Motor City area but has also positively impacted the lives of countless healthcare professionals and patients.
